Norton Way Group was formed by a management buyout of a Honda dealership in Letchworth in 1989.
Since that time the Managing Director, David Grainger has added a Mazda dealership on adjoining land and purchased an existing Peugeot franchise to strengthen the Business.
With combined expansion ever in mind, David opened the innovative Honda brand centre on the site of the old Honda UK head office in 2001. This was the culmination of many years of hard work and planning and has been constructed using the newest technology.
Most recently in 2004 Norton Way Group moved its highly successful corporate operation to a purpose built facility in Arlesey and this continues to be an ever-expanding area of the Business.
The ethos behind the Norton Way Group has always been its focus on quality rather than volume and 'being the best'. It can proudly boast the Honda technician of the year on several occasions, both cars and bikes, and currently has the Honda Parts Advisor of the year working at Chiswick Honda. Success has also translated into Industry Awards; at the North Hertfordshire Business awards we have had most recent success including Business Woman of the year and employee of the year. We have received Motor Trader awards including franchise of the year for Chiswick Honda and Dealer Principal of the year. All of this has been achieved through our biggest asset, our staff.
