Service Advisor – Chiswick Honda
Salary: OTE £25,000 – £30,000 (This will vary according to experience)
Location: Chiswick Honda, W4 5YT
Hours:Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm, Alternate Saturday Mornings 8.00am – 12.30pm
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced service advisor to join our busy aftersales team at Chiswick Honda. You will be the first point of contact for all service customers, as such the ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction is a must. If you have a passion for the motor industry this could be the role for you.
Understand the customer needs and correctly interpret instructions to complete job cards/repair orders.
Giving customers a 5 star expereince
Monitoring all work to ensure that it is completed by the times required ensuring the customer is fully updated
To seek, record and communicate authority for any extra work required
Cost the work and raise invoices.
