Juke Reveal at Norton Way Nissan

Nissan’s 170 UK franchised dealers have begun hosting a month-long series of preview evenings to showcase the new Juke crossover, with Norton Way Nissan hosting their event on Monday 23rd October.

The Japanese brand announced PCP car finance offers on the long-awaited new model as potential customers arrived in showrooms this week ahead of the first customer deliveries which will get underway before then end of the year.

Norton Way Nissan hosted their event on Monday 23rd October, welcoming over 70 potential customers to the showroom to exclusively see the car unveiled for the very first time before it officially arrives in the showroom later this year.

As well as revealing the new car, the preview event included a state-of-the-art holographic presentation, including video snippets from key designers involved in bringing the new generation Nissan Juke to life. There were also personalisation stations for guest to configure their next Juke, an impressive design station with robotics that drew sketches and a technology station for guests to experience Nissan’s Intelligent Mobility features.

To celebrate this important milestone, guests were also given the opportunity to win various prizes including an amazing trip for two to Japan.

Nic Verneuil, Nissan Motor GB’s marketing director, said; “The Next Generation Nissan Juke looks stunning, feels amazing and delivers a connected driving experience.

“Thanks to attractive monthly finance options, ownership of this new model, even for the thousands of existing Juke customers looking to upgrade from the previous generation car, is both affordable and desirable.”

Despite being all-new, Nissan believes that its new Juke has retained its key iconic design features, including the signature circular headlamps. However, the familiar lights now feature a Y-shaped LED signature which complements Nissan's trademark V-Motion grille.

A range of 11 body colours in combination with three roof contrasted colours are available and customers will also be able to choose from three optional interior themes: The Urbanizer; The Midnight; and The Juke.

Nissan has added space for passengers and luggage, with rear-seat knee room increased by 5.8cm, rear headroom by 1.1cm, and 20% more luggage capacity thanks to a 422-litre boot.

From launch, the Juke is available with a turbo-charged 1.0-litre petrol engine which produces 117PS and 180Nm of torque (200Nm with over torque function).

A six-speed manual transmission is standard, while a new seven-speed dual-clutch automatic with paddle shifts is also available.

Under the WLTP combined fuel economy cycle Nissan claims the Juke is capable of 45.6-to-47.9mpg for manual transmission versions and 44.1-to-46.3mpg for DCT models.

CO2 emissions are rated as 112g/km (NEDC-BT) for manual versions and 110 g/km (NEDC-BT) for the DCT.
