Nissan have unveiled the first images of their new NV250 compact van. The new addition to the range is based on the Renault Kangoo, set to replace the current NV200 in the line up.
The new van will be on sale from September this year and will be available with a highly efficient Euro 6d-Temp compliant 1.5 litre diesel engine. It’s not clear yet whether the NV250 will be available with an electric motor, but we do know that the e-NV200 will remain on sale for now.
The NV250 will be available in both a short and long wheel base (L1/L2), with two or three-seat configurations to choose from. Opt for the long wheel base version and you’ll have the option for up to four seats and a multi positional bulkhead.
The largest NV250 available will feature a 4.6 cubic metre load space, with a cargo length of up to 2.87 metres.
There will be a handful of powerful and efficient engines to choose from, including an 80PS, 95PS and a 115PS engine. CO2 emissions range from 116g/km to 131g/km.
As with all LCV’s in the new Nissan range, the NV250 will come new with a 100,000 mile/5Year warranty.
