COVID-19 announcement from Norton Way Group

After the Government announcement on Monday 4th January 2021 regarding a new national lockdown, we would like to outline how we will remain available to assist our customers across all departments in the business.

Aftersales - All aftersales departments are classified as ‘essential services’ and will remain open for Servicing, MOT, Repairs and Bodyshop & Accident Repairs. Keeping our aftersales department open in a safe manner is within Government guidelines and will help ensure the safety of vehicles on our nation’s roads.

Sales - Our Sales showrooms and external car display areas will be closed for the public until further notice. However, our sales teams will be available remotely and offer a virtual sales experience. We have numerous ways of communicating with you during your car purchase journey, including on the telephone, live chat, video appointment and online enquiries.

Customers who purchase a vehicle online or via the telephone, will be able to use our Click & Collect service, allowing you to collect your vehicle outside our dealership. These handovers will take place in a designated area and full social distancing measures will be in place. Home delivery options are also available, and will also be handled with social distancing measures.

Our websites are now fully functional to offer a buy online experience, giving you the ability to search stock, reserve online, or even complete an online purchase in full, with finance or cash payment.

We would like to highlight our teams remain on hand to assist with your sales and aftersales enquiries throughout this period via telephone, email or live chat. Our websites are fully functional to reserve or buy vehicles online plus booking a service or MOT.

Finally, we would like to give a huge thank you to all our customers for their continued support. We appreciate you working with us to ensure our dealerships are safe to visit and work. We remain open, but please call/email/live chat with us rather than visiting.
