Updated 2nd November 2020
In line with the Government guidelines, our workshop will remain open after 5th November to all customers for any service, MOT or repair work requirements you may need.
If you have an appointment currently booked, your appointment will still go ahead as planned.
We are maximising collection & delivery slots, so please get in touch if you would like to modify your booking at all.
If you need any work doing after 5th November, please book online or contact your relevant dealership to book an appointment.
Collection & Delivery Service
In order to protect our staff and customers by limiting the amount of people in the dealership, we are maximising our collection & delivery service to all customers. If you have an appointment already booked and would like to add the collection & delivery service, please get in touch and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
On Arrival to your Appointment
If you are dropping your vehicle to the dealership, our customer service representatives will call you before your appointment to talk through your service, this is to reduce the amount of time spent on arrival. We ask that you please arrive to your allocated appointment promptly to avoid unnecessary overcrowding on site.
If you would prefer us to meet you outside at your car on arrival, please let us know in advance so we prepared to meet you on time.
If entering the building, please use the hand sanitiser gel provided as soon as you enter and follow the customer flow floor stickers to help maintain a two metre gap between you and other customers at all times.
For mutual safety, you will always be greeted from a safe distance, without shaking hands.
After your drop off, we ask that you do not remain in the building so we can control the amount of customers on site at one time.
During The Service
After we have received your vehicle, our team will disinfect all touch points with antibacterial products and fit your car with protective seat covers before we carry out any work.
Our team will be using disposable gloves which they will change for each vehicle they work on, plus washing their hands in between, for extra precaution.
After working on your vehicle, we will remove the protective seat covers and disinfect your key and common contact areas again. As part of our service we will also send you a video, giving you a walkthrough on the work completed. If there are any work or invoice queries, all contact will be done over the phone.
Collecting Your Vehicle
When it is time to collect and pay for your vehicle, we have the option for contactless mobile payments including Apple & Google Pay. If you need to pay by card, we will provide protective gloves for you to safely use the card payment machine. Please dispose of these gloves after use.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and understanding during this time. We are taking our responsibility to protect all staff and customers very seriously and appreciate your patience while we adhere to our new measures.
If you have any queries or would like to book your service, please select one of the following options:
My vehicle needs a service or MOT, can you help with my vehicle?
Yes we can help! We are open to all customers to carry out any servicing or MOT requirements. Please contact us over the phone or book an appointment online prior to visiting as we are operating on limited working hours.
What should I do if my vehicle is due an MOT?
Please contact us today to get your MOT booked in as soon as possible. The Driver and Vehicle Standards agency announced on the 25th March 2020 any Car, Van or Motorcycle's MOT expiry date will be extended by 6 months if it's due on or after 30 March 2020. Despite this extension, it is your responsibility as a driver to ensure that any vehicle you own is 'roadworthy', safe and legal to drive. If your vehicle is involved in a road accident and is found to be not roadworthy then insurers may not pay out. You can also still be fined up to £2,500, be banned from driving and get 3 penalty points for driving a vehicle in a dangerous condition.
