Our technicians are trained at the MG academy. They have to follow an extensive training program allowing them to service vehicles to the highest standards in full compliance with the terms of the vehicle's warranty.
We will only fit genuine MG Parts when conducting service and maintenance work. Genuine MG Parts have been designed specifically for MG cars, and tested to MG's exacting standards.
We will register any service conducted at Chiswick MG to the national online database. This is monitored by MG and ensures vehicles are serviced at the appropriate times and service reminders are sent out.
Roadside assistance is extended every 12 months* when a vehicle's service is entered into the Digital Service Record system.
* Your MG Dealer will need to enrol the completed service on the Digital Service Record system which will require your authorisation and agreement to the Terms & Conditions. 12 months MG Assistance is supplied by The AA and available for any MG model (excluding MG TF) first registered in the UK on or after 01.04.2011.
