MG Motor UK has announced the official pricing and details for its new MG4 EV Extended Range model, an extremely capable long-range electric vehicle delivering up to 323 miles of zero emissions driving on a single charge.

With a price starting at just £36,495, the new MG4 EV Extended Range hatchback exemplifies MG's ‘Get More’ philosophy by providing an affordable EV that outpaces key rivals in maximum range and price.

Featuring a new high-capacity 77kWh battery, the Extended Range represents a landmark model for MG as its first electric car able to travel over 300 miles before recharging. The larger battery also enables charging from 10-80% in as little as 39 minutes using rapid charging.

In addition to increased range, the MG4 EV Extended Range delivers improved performance with its more powerful 180kW electric motor, allowing 0-62mph acceleration in 6.5 seconds.

Underpinned by MG's proven rear-wheel drive platform and Modular Scalable Platform, the new Extended Range model retains the same excellent comfort and responsive handling that makes the standard MG4 EV one of the most enjoyable EVs available today.​

The MG4 EV Extended Range retains the award-winning qualities of the standard MG4 EV while going even further on range.
