Service Advisor Apprenticeship

Qualification: Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner

As an Apprentice Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our customer service experience – your role in building loyal relationships with customers is key to the business’ success. In our vibrant Aftersales teams, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of both cars and motorcycles, and develop your interpersonal and communication skills, whilst gaining a competitive industry qualification.

Duration: 12-18 months.

Requirements:

  • A drive to care for customers, provide them with the best service possible, and maintain loyal relationships.
  • A motivation to learn and a desire to push yourself.
  • A good foundation of communication skills, both written and verbal, to be built upon.
  • Competent IT skills.
  • The ability to work well within a team.
A full UK driving license or the intention to obtain one is essential for the role.
