Alloy Wheel Cover

Alloy wheels make your car look great; however, scuffs and scrapes can be a frustratingly common occurrence, leaving your wheels damaged and unsightly. When your alloy wheels are damaged, your vehicle not only loses its shine, it also loses value.

Alloy Wheel Insurance covers accidental damage to your wheels and arranges a specialist repairer to visit and repair it at time and place convenient for you.

  • Cover for up to 36 months repair according to our assessor, we will contribute up to £150 towards the cost of a replacement wheel.

Tyre Cover

Replacing a damaged tyre on your vehicle can be costly, and it is particularly annoying and disappointing if that replacement is due to no fault of your own. With Tyre Insurance you can protect yourself against such unexpected costs with no excess to pay. Tyre Insurance covers both accidental and malicious tyre damage. Cover also includes the cost of puncture repairs (but not the cost of roadside assistance).

Tyre Protection Benefits

  • Cover for up to 36 months
  • A maximum amount of £100 or £200 per tyre replacement, depending on the policy selected and subject to eligibility
  • Up to five replacement tyres
  • An unlimited number of puncture repairs, up to a maximum of £50 per repair
  • Cover as a result of either accidental or malicious damage.

  • You are resident in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man
  • You are purchasing a car or a commercial vehicle up to 3.5 tonnes

It’s simple:

  • Contact the Claims department on 01926 622660 – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – to log your claim. Please have your vehicle registration and policy number to hand. We will explain the claims process to you and issue a claim form that must be fully completed and returned to us with clear pictures of the damage.
  • It is important that you follow the claims procedure below. Failure to follow the procedure may result in your claim being declined.

Alloy wheels:

  • On receipt of your fully completed claim form, we will assess your claim based on the policy terms and conditions.
  • Once a claim has been successfully authorised, a date for the repair work to be undertaken will be scheduled at your convenience.


  • There is a section on the claim form that must be completed by the Approved Repairer.
  • You must settle the cost of the repair or replacement of the tyre directly with the Approved Repairer.
  • You must then send us the completed claim form, together with photographs of the tyre and the tyre repair invoice that you receive from the Approved Repairer.
  • We will then assess your claim and send a payment to you.

Don’t forget...

Any work carried out prior to authorisation by the administrator or not reported immediately after any damage occurring to your tyres will not be covered and will render the claim invalid.

You should also be aware...

Alloy wheels with a diamond-cut finish may need to be sent away for up to 10 days to be repaired. The repair process for these wheels involves re-cutting the wheel on a lathe. This insurance does not provide cover for a replacement wheel or use of another vehicle in these circumstances.

Our website is powered by G-Forces Web Management Limited (“GForces”), our third party web services provider. GForces is committed to ensuring that data is processed in accordance with applicable data privacy laws, and is kept secure. GForces is certified to the standard of ISO27001 (an international standard for information security). GForces uses Amazon Web Services, Inc. as its cloud platform provider. All data processed by GForces is stored on Amazon’s web servers in the EEA.

If you visit our website

These are stored against unique ids (which are strings of numbers). If you use our enquiry forms

When you submit information using an online form, GForces processes the data collected and stores it for 31 days for the legitimate business purpose of enabling us to access the information and deal with your request (it is then kept for a further 14 days in GForces’ routine back-ups for business continuity purposes). If you enter your post code, GForces stores the first part of it (e.g. ‘ME14’ or ‘SW1’) and links it to standard internet log information already collected (it is used for the same purposes as that information, as outlined above).

If you use our LiveChat service

We use a third party provider, Gubagoo supply and support our LiveChat service. If you use the LiveChat service we will collect your name and email address if you provide this and any other personal information that you volunteer to us. This is used for the legitimate business purpose of handling customer enquiries in real time and then following up. This data is stored by Gubagoo for 2 years to enable us to access the information and deal with your enquiry. Gubagoo stores the information in the US under the EU-US privacy shield framework.
