The all-new Skoda Karoq is one of the most eagerly anticipated releases of the year and is now open for ordering with prices starting at £20,875 OTR. Early signs have indicated the motoring press is very impressed with Skoda’s latest model, examples of this include a five-start overall rating by WhatCar? Magazine.
Four Engine Options
A broad range of TSI petrol and TDI diesel engines comprises the 1.0 TSI 115PS, 1.5 TSI 150PS and 1.6 TDI 115PS units, available with front-wheel drive and either 6-speed manual transmission or DSG, while the 2.0 TDI 150PS comes as standard with 4x4, also with either 6-speed manual or DSG.
CO2 emissions range from 118g/km for the SE 1.0 TSI 115PS DSG, placing the KAROQ in the 22% BIK tax band in 2017/18, rising to 24% in 2018/19.
Choice of four trim levels
The all-new KAROQ is available with four trim levels – SE, SE Technology, SE L and Edition.
SE features 17_ ‘Ratikon’ alloy wheels, Smartlink+, privacy glass, LED rear lights, dual-zone climate control, front assist, cruise control and rear parking sensors as standard.
SE Technology models build on the SE to offer a fleet-tailored package at no extra cost that includes 17_ ‘Triton’ alloy wheels, Amundsen satellite navigation with 8_ touchscreen display, front and rear parking sensors, Infotainment Online (one year) and adaptive cruise control.
The SE L trim starts at £23,165 on the road and adds equipment including 18_ ‘Braga’ alloy wheels, keyless entry and start/stop, full LED headlights, heated front seats, Alcantara® upholstery, VarioFlex seats, a colour multifunction trip computer, rear view camera and front and rear parking sensors.
At the top of the range, the Edition trim starts from £27,110 OTR and comes with 19_ ‘Crater’ alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, metallic paint and leather upholstery. Columbus Satellite Navigation with a 9.2_ touchscreen display with gesture control and integrated wifi, electrically operated bootlid, wireless phone charging and LED ambient lighting are also standard, along with a host of safety and driver assistance systems including Lane Assist.
