Once you have chosen and reserved your vehicle online. A member of staff will be in touch to complete the majority of paperwork over the phone. All remaining paperwork will be completed on the day.
We ask that you collect your car alone, only one customer will be allowed in the handover area at any one time to maintain social distancing. Upon arrival to the dealership, a member of staff will greet and direct you the handover area where your vehicle will be waiting. If you have a vehicle to part exchange, a member of staff will re-appraise your vehicle. Please also use the hand sanitiser gel provided as soon as you enter the building. If you have a part-exchange, a member of the team will re-appraise your car after directing you to the dedicated handover area.
In line with Government guidance, please ensure that you are wearing a face covering throughout the duration of your visit with us. If you require a disposable face mask, we will be happy to provide you with one. Please let us know if there are personal circumstances which exempt you from wearing a mask.If there is any further paperwork that needs to be completed, you’ll be directed to the sanitised ‘Signing Space’ where the documents will be highlighted for your signature.
Ahead of your visit, your vehicle will have been fully valeted and sanitised ready for collection. Your keys will be sanitised and sealed in an envelope, ready for you to take and drive. To ensure your ‘Click & Collect’ appointment is swift, we will be offering a Post-Delivery Digital Handover on platforms such as Zoom, FaceTime and Skype so we can answer more detailed questions around the features of your car.
