Honda UK Motorcycles has made a significant mark at the 2025 MCN Awards, taking home four major accolades — including the prestigious Manufacturer of the Year title, awarded to Honda for the first time in over a decade.
The standout success came from the CB1000 Hornet SP, which earned both Best Naked Motorcycle and the coveted Overall Bike of the Year. Praised for its blend of superbike performance and everyday usability, the Hornet SP features an inline-four engine derived from the Fireblade, along with Öhlins suspension and Brembo brakes — offering premium performance at a competitive price. MCN hailed it as a “game-changer” in its category.
In the A2 class, Honda’s retro-inspired GB350S was named Best A2 Bike. Its smooth single-cylinder engine, classic styling, and modern features like LED lighting and selectable torque control made it a standout for new riders and those seeking an accessible yet characterful ride.
The Manufacturer of the Year award reflects Honda’s strength across its range, with judges commending its rider-focused design, competitive pricing, and impressive product launches. Highlights from 2024 — including Honda’s 500 millionth motorcycle milestone and strong showings at the Isle of Man TT and MotoGP — reinforced its status as a global leader.
Honda UK’s Head of Motorcycles, Andy Mineyko, called the awards a “milestone achievement,” showcasing Honda’s ability to deliver motorcycles that excite riders across every segment.
