Kia has revealed full UK pricing and specifications for its striking new EV4 Fastback, starting from £40,895 OTR. This sleek, four-door electric saloon joins the EV4 hatchback in the line-up and aims to electrify a traditionally combustion-engine segment. Available exclusively in ‘GT-Line’ and ‘GT-Line S’ trims, the EV4 Fastback boasts a range of up to 380 miles on a single charge*, making it one of the most efficient electric saloons on the market.
Both variants are powered by a 150kW (201bhp) front-mounted motor, delivering 283Nm of torque through the front wheels. Performance is brisk, with a 0–62mph time of 7.9 seconds and a top speed of 105mph. An 81.4kWh battery powers the car, with ultra-fast 350kW DC charging enabling a 10-to-80% charge in just 29 minutes.
Kia’s emphasis on aerodynamic efficiency is evident in the Fastback’s design, featuring a drag coefficient of just 0.23Cd, active air flaps, and a near-full undercover. The Fastback bodystyle not only gives it an elegant profile but also offers 490 litres of boot space—practical for families and professionals alike.
Inside, the EV4 Fastback is loaded with technology. Dual 12.3-inch displays, wireless Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™, and a ChatGPT-powered Kia AI Assistant come as standard. The AI assistant can help with travel planning, control in-car features, and even entertain with games, jokes, and trivia.
‘GT-Line S’ models add premium relaxation seats, perfect for recharging while you charge. Unique Rest Mode and Theatre Mode features further enhance comfort, turning the cabin into a digital lounge with access to streaming apps like Disney+ and Netflix.
