The new Sportage is due to be unveiled in July in Korea. The new Sportage has been specifically designed to leave a new mark on this version – for its enhanced exterior and interior design, tech, and highly efficient powertrains. In September, for the first time in the model’s 28-year history, the Kia Sportage will have a customized European version.
It was revealed earlier this year, Kia’s new design language – Opposites United- is the centre of the New Sportage therefore dominating every part of its appearance and character. The early images suggest a bold and cutting-edge vibe for the SUV.
The new Sportage
The outstanding details of the new Sportage include the crisp lines that ripple across the surfaces. A detailed black grille runs across the width of the face. At the rear, muscular shoulder lines drop gently to meet slim daytime-running lamps, which flank the new Kia logo and Sportage emblem.
In the coming weeks more information will be revealed about the all-New Sportage, as well as information on the European version and UK specification.
