Norton Way Employee wins Motor Trader Rising Stars 2018 Award

The fourth annual Motor Trader Rising Star Awards took place on 20^th April 2018, sponsored by Northridge Finance.

The awards have been created to highlight the next generation of car retailing leaders, people who are regarded as outstanding talents, have great business acumen and are seen as an inspiration to their peers. The awards were open to anyone who had joined the industry in the last 5 years.

Norton Way’s Corporate Trainee Account Manager, Ellie Bull, was named as one of the seven winners. Ellie’s win was credited to her work and responsibility in checking and challenging our CSI (Customer Satisfaction index) scores with some of our major accounts, CSI is a very important part of the Corporate Department’s performance and success. During this process Ellie listened well to the requirements and subsequently handled the work professionally and effectively resulting in strong scores for our performance with major customers (including the UK’s two largest Fleet Companies). Thanks to Ellie challenging and keeping track of our scores, our average customer satisfaction score in 2017 was 99.6%.

The awards were handed out by Alan Carson, sales director of Northridge Finance, at a special champagne breakfast held at Grosvenor house, London.
