Up front intense dual LED headlights fill out the tightly wrapped fairing, reflected by the minimal seat unit.

    New Exhaust & Muffler The four exhaust downpipes wrap together around the front of the engine, and the muffler has been designed to deliver a thrilling growl as revs increase.
    Radial-Mount Calipers No matter the weather, the new CBR650R is ready to take on any journey. The dual radial-mount calipers match a single-piston rear caliper for improved balance. The dual-channel ABS maintains smooth control in both and wet and dry conditions.
    Honda Ignition Security System Allows the bike to be started only by its original encoded keys to effectively protect against theft.

    The inline four-cylinder DOHC 16-valve engine is eye-catching. An Assist/Slipper Clutch eases upshifts and controls hard down changes, while Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) maintains rear wheel traction so you can handle on riding through bends.

      Four-Cylinder Engine The new CBR650R boasts a powerful four-cylinder, DOHC 16-valve engine. It has a 12,000rpm redline and features Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) to hold rear wheel traction.
      Easy 35kW Conversion The new CBR650R is a bike built for passion. A simple and easy conversion is available from Honda dealers to make the bike A2 licence friendly. The conversion back to full power is just as simple.
      Honda Evolutional Catalysing System Oxygen-sensing system maintains an optimal air/fuel mixture for the most effective catalytic reduction of exhaust emissions.

      ​The twin-duct intake system boasts improvements to the interior structure of the air cleaners, and increased tailpipe diameter produces piercing pick-up response from around 7,000 rpm.

        Showa SFF USD Forks The CBR650R is built to accommodate all riding styles. The 41mm Showa Separate Fork Function (SFF) USD forks offer supple suspension response and fingertip feel for front tyre grip.
        Weight Reduction As a high-revving sports machine, the CBR650R’s chassis is sharp; it’s 5kg lighter, for faster side-to-side steering agility.
        Shows Separate Fork Function New, adjustable 41mm Showa Separate Fork Function (SFF) USD forks offer supple suspension response. The frame’s elliptical spars feature tuned rigidity balance for front and rear wheel feedback while 120/70-17 and 180/55-17 front and rear tires deliver a superbike-sized grip.
        Honda Selectable Torque Control If the Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) system senses an imminent loss of rear-wheel traction it reduces torque to allow the tyre to grip.

        Although inspired by the CBR1000RR, the CBR650R has chosen it;s own direction, and it takes its specs and modifications up a gears or two to prove it. Thanks to an adjusted fuel tank capacity, a redesigned step, and complete LED lighting, the CBR650R is 6kg lighter than its predecessor.

          Full LED Lighting The premium dual LED headlights emit the style of the CBR1000RR Fireblade, throwing out crisp white beams.
          LCD Display The digital LCD instruments are clear as well as easy to read. A Gear Position and Shift Up indicator are now included in the display.
          Emergency Stop Signal The CBR650R’s Emergency Stop Signal technology helps to keep you safe if you ever need to hit the brakes unexpectedly. The system detects sudden braking and automatically activates the front and rear hazard lights, which flash to warn any nearby vehicles.
          Anti-Lock Braking System Reduces braking pressure by monitoring the wheel speed, preventing the wheels from locking up.
