    No excess baggage There’s room for all your weekend touring luggage in the panniers and the Gold Wing Tour's top box has enough space for two full-face helmets. There's also now an additional USB charging point in the left pannier to plug in and charge or play music. The Gold Wing Tour's passenger grab handles, too, are, larger, for enhanced security and comfort.
    A clear view ahead The electrically-operated, smoothly-adjusting windscreen provides excellent wind protection. The height and angle can be adjusted by simply pushing the button up or down on the left handlebar; it also memorises your favourite positions and will auto-adjust accordingly. The Gold Wing Tour now features piercing dual fog lights as standard.
    Airflow & the wing The new sleek fairing is aerodynamically designed with a much more purposeful look for cutting through the air and making the bike more manoeuvrable. Cruising at high speed will feel deceptively, smooth and quiet.

      The Power of Six The horizontally-opposed, 1,833cc six-cylinder engine punches out an arm-tugging 170Nm of torque @ 5,500rpm – it's the heart of the Honda Gold Wing. With 4 valves per cylinder and Unicam heads, you get a strong, eager performance – via Throttle By Wire – out on the highway, and newly-refined FI settings give delicate slow-speed throttle response where you need it most, around town.
      Honda Selectable Torque Control Honda Selectable Torque Control in all 4 riding modes constantly delivers controllable acceleration and dependable traction in slippery conditions. In SPORT mode, it allows maximum acceleration; you can really feel the engine pull – you’ll be hooked from the start.
      4 Modes Tour: The base setting for comfort and power, giving you a direct response with default suspension damping and brake force distribution.

      Sport: Serves up strong acceleration, with firmer damping and increased rear brake lever pressure.

      Econ: Get maximum fuel economy and easy cruising with default damping and brake force to compliment the ride.

      Rain: Select this to turn everything down to limit the throttle response for total confidence on a wet and slippery road.

      The aluminium die-cast frame uses a double wishbone front suspension system that delivers a plush and progressive feel to handling. An innovative Pro Arm unit combines with Pro-Link, to offer precise control, and for the Gold Wing Tour, new damping settings front and rear provide ultimate comfort for you and your passenger.

        A magnificent seven A third-generation Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) features 7-speeds. It has a unique clutch feel, shift speed and an rpm range of up and downshifts, that can be tailored specifically to each riding mode.
        Start Up and Power Up A unique Integrated Starter Generator (ISG) that works as a starter motor, as well as a generator; saving weight and energy. The Gold Wing can crawl in walking mode forwards and backward, too, which is ideal for parking.
        Suspension Comfort The rear suspension is a Pro-Arm type and works with the unique Pro-Link arrangement to provide high-level luxury; rear spring preload is electrically adjustable to suit passenger and luggage, with four different settings.
        Moderate Gear Ratios Another innovative feature is the moderation of gear ratios. They’re closer together for slow speed and seamless changes, yet will set themselves wider apart at high speed to reduce engine revs – very clever.

          Control Centre Cockpit instrumentation highlights everything you need to know in luxurious detail. The display is a 7-inch full colour, TFT liquid crystal screen which controls audio (Apple CarPlay®) navigation, Bluetooth, Voice Control as well as managing HSTC and different rider modes.
          Smart key feature No need to manually unlock the panniers or top box as the Gold Wing senses the remote key fob as you approach. Once pressed, you can keep the key in your pocket, then just press the start button and away you go.
          Dual Combined Braking System The Dual-Combined Braking System distributes the braking forces evenly to the front and rear wheels for confident braking in all conditions.
