unrivalled interior space and track-inspired styling to match its top
performance.
The new Civic Type R has been completely revamped from front to back, inside and out. From taillight to headlight, it's personality cannot be hidden, it's a car built to drive.

Stunning WheelsNew 20" alloys, unique to the Type R, complement the aggressive sport styling. The car sits low and has a mean look with 245/30 ZR20 tyres that fill the wheel arches perfectly.
Wing SpoilerThis signature feature improves aerodynamic performance by providing the right amount of downforce without increasing drag.
LED lightsThese lenses with LED lights are sculptures in glass. Not only do they provide brilliance at night, but naturally contribute to the aerodynamics of Type R.
Triple exhaustThis unique exhaust system increases performance at higher revs and emits a glorious note from the high powered VTEC TURBO engine.

Racing SeatsThe new high-backed racing seats are the lightest Type R seats ever created. Trimmed in suede-effect red and black fabric, they are specially shaped with revised bolsters and cushion pads, providing comfort and support at all times.
Not Just A Racing CompanionWhen you’re not racing on a circuit, the Type R has a practical side as well as it's large 420L boot can easily hold a number of luggage for a weekend away.
The Red LineThe dashboard panel in the Type R exclusively incorporates a carbon fibre centre inlay and a racing style, red pin stripe trim around it.
Sports DisplayThe Integrated Meter Display has a driving mode-specific illumination function that shows increased levels of intensity as you approach ‘+R' mode.
