2018 is Year of the Honda: new Jazz, CR-V, HR-V and the list goes on. Then there are the racing championships, the motor shows, the festivals – it’s enough to make your head spin!
From motorised push bikes to hybrid super cars, Honda has come a long, long way in 70 years. It’s now the 20th most valuable brand in the world, and the largest motorcycle manufacturer in the world – a position held since 1959. And it all started on September 24, 1948, with just 34 employees.
The Jazz is back and better than ever, now with better boot space, a sportier image and even a spoiler! The new Jazz is now available to order, click here to explore the new model,
Two new variants of the CR-V will be coming out later this year: the first featuring a 1.5-litre turbocharged engine, and the other an all-new hybrid engine.
All good things come to those who wait. The highly anticipated updated HR-V is due to arrive in our showroom later this year.
Hopes are high for Honda Racing in 2018 with the British Touring Car Championship in particular. To top that off, there's the all-new chapter for Honda and Toro Rosso in F1, a chance to defend the gold in the Indy 500 and fingers crosses for a winning return to the Isle of Man TT for Ian Hutchinson.
From retro motorbikes to electric sports cars, Honda didn’t pull any punches on the motor show circuit last year. To name a few, Geneva, Frankfurt and Tokyo Motor Show are all huge events that need to be added to your diaries - you don't want to miss out!
There’s no shortage of UK motoring festivals, either, such as the legendary Goodwood Festival of Speed. Also, don’t miss out on Mimms Honda Day, the biggest Honda performance in the UK, showcasing CR-Xs, NSXs and more.
