Honda has unveiled an updated version of its popular Civic e:HEV, featuring refined exterior styling and upgraded interior touches, while maintaining its renowned hybrid performance and efficiency.
This latest iteration represents a thoughtful evolution of Honda’s iconic hybrid hatchback, responding directly to customer feedback without compromising on the versatility and dynamic driving experience drivers expect from the Civic.
Sharper, More Confident Exterior
The refreshed Civic lineup introduces a bolder, more distinctive front grille across all grades, finished in sleek black gloss and complemented by redesigned grille and headlight accents. These updates give the Civic a sportier and more assertive presence on the road.
The front bumper design is more sculpted, incorporating pronounced character lines and a new body-colour lower bumper spoiler that enhances the car’s premium and athletic stance. New 18-inch two-tone alloy wheels add to the dynamic look, with grey diamond-cut finishes for the Advance grade and black options for the Sport model. Door garnishes finished in high black gloss further amplify the Civic’s striking exterior.
To streamline the design, front fog lights have been removed on all trims, made possible by advanced LED headlight technology that ensures superior visibility remains uncompromised.
In addition to existing colour options—Platinum White Pearl, Crystal Black Pearl, Sonic Gray Pearl, and Premium Crystal Red Metallic—Honda introduces a new Seabed Blue paint, replacing the Premium Crystal Blue and accentuating the Civic’s aerodynamic silhouette. Optional accessory colours now include Berlina Black, Nordic Silver, and Patina Bronze.
Refined Interior Ambience
Inside, the Civic welcomes subtle but impactful enhancements designed to elevate the cabin’s premium feel. All models now feature a black interior roof lining and pillars, complemented by matte chrome detailing around the air vents for a sophisticated touch.
The Advance trim gains new interior illumination and footwell lighting, creating a welcoming environment for occupants. The Sport grade receives a heated steering wheel for added comfort during colder drives, alongside a larger 10.2-inch Digital Driver Display with clearer graphics for improved readability of essential driving information.
Meanwhile, Elegance models now offer wireless charging integrated into the centre console, ensuring convenient access for both driver and passenger.
Dynamic Performance Remains a Highlight
Under the hood, the Civic e:HEV continues to deliver the well-balanced performance drivers value, powered by the proven two-motor hybrid system. This advanced powertrain maintains its blend of responsive acceleration and fuel efficiency, reinforcing Honda’s commitment to sustainable driving without sacrificing driving pleasure.
Advanced Safety Technologies
Safety remains a cornerstone of the Civic’s appeal, with every model equipped with Honda SENSING, one of the most comprehensive active safety suites in its class. Key features include Forward Collision Warning, which alerts drivers to potential hazards ahead through audible, visual, and tactile signals.
A wide-angle high-definition camera enhances road awareness by accurately detecting lane markings, motorcycles, cyclists, and pedestrians, supported by a high-speed processing chip that ensures reliable operation in various lighting conditions.
Notably, the Elegance grade now includes an auto-dimming rear-view mirror—a feature previously reserved for Sport and Advance trims—enhancing visibility and driver confidence in low-light environments.
