THE NEW TOURING ERA.

The NT1100 is an extremely modern, intelligent, and sophisticated touring motorbike. Additionally, we recently upgraded it. For better acceleration, the twin-cylinder engine now has more low- to mid-range torque. A new Intertial Measurement Unit (IMU) control is at the centre of the upgraded electrical package that adjusts the bike's handling to the ride, while a sporty new fairing mounts the easy-to-adjust screen and LED headlamps with new DRL indicators. Along with the new Electronic Suspension (ES) option that elevates the NT1100 to a new level, the enhanced response of the optional DCT at low speeds also makes a significant impact. Sleek aerodynamics, a large, 5-way adjustable screen and upper/lower deflectors provide superb wind protection. But compact dimensions are just right for urban riding. The seat, with an 820mm height, is comfortable for two and matched to a flexible riding position that allows you to engage, or relax.
    Brand-New, Versatile Touring Design An active riding position offers genuine touring comfort, and sports potential when you need it, plus full wind and weather protection. Heated grips, cruise control and panniers are all standard.
    Day Time Running Lights The new NT1100 now features DRL integrated indicators to provide better visibility to pedestrians and other types of road users.

      Powerful, Parallel Twin Cylinder Engine The 1,084cc powerplant has strong bottom and mid range torque tuned, for responsive acceleration, a smooth climb to the redline and relaxed cruising with characterful feel and sound.
      Ultimate efficiency The new dynamic front fairing wraps the rider in elegant high-speed aerodynamic efficiency, increasing wind protection and reducing fatigue. It’s also now possible to adjust the 5-level screen while seated (and stationary) with one hand.
      Performance for all occassions When you need torque, you need torque. Especially overtaking carrying a pillion and luggage. So, the 1,084cc OHC twin-cylinder engine has 7% more torque, off the bottom and right through the middle. More mid-range power, too thanks to a higher 10.5:1 compression ratio, new crankshaft and conrods.

        Lightweight Chassis, Long-Travel Suspension Optimised frame with 150mm front and rear suspension travel ensures confident handling and light steering-whether you're at highway speeds or riding a set of switchbacks.
        Updated Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) DCT uses IMU cornering detection for intuitive gear-changing; it also makes use of the added torque and gives smoother response at low speed. A six-speed manual option is also available.
        Tuned for Acceleration The muscular twin-cylinder engine offers strong performance from low rpm, with 104Nm peak torque, just what you need for effortless overtaking. It also drives smoothly to the redline and tuned for a deep, pulsating and characterful sound. Three default riding modes, URBAN, RAIN and TOUR, cover most conditions and two USER options allow you to fully customise engine output as well as the 3-level HSTC and Wheelie Control. Six-speed DCT is an option, if you want to change gears, trigger-shifters offer razor-fast control, up or down, from the left handlebar. Or, choose efficient, seamless shifting, with 3-level S mode if you need sportier performance.
